  Securely pack the item in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all software, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location for secure transport to our technical facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the equipment for functionality; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
